The Monthly Muse Mail Club is a monthly snail mail club featuring two signed art prints and a personal story written by me that ties the artworks together.
Each month, a new mailing arrives in your mailbox, thoughtfully prepared and sent the old-fashioned way in an envelope with a stamp.
Previous Mail Club mailers are available to purchase individually.
When is mail sent?
Mailers are sent once per month during the first week of each month. Subscribe by the last day of the month to receive the following month's mailing.
For example, subscribe on or before October 31 to receive the November mailing, which will be sent during the first week of November.
What are the estimated delivery times?
🎄 September–January: Due to increased holiday shipping volumes, delivery times may be longer for both U.S. and international mail. International delivery can take up to 6–8 weeks during this period.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local postal services, customs, weather, postal interruptions, and other circumstances outside of my control.
When will I be billed?
Your first payment is processed when you subscribe. After that, you'll be billed monthly on the same calendar day you originally subscribed.
How do I cancel or update my subscription?
You can cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time through the customer portal (click here to access).
You can also use the Manage Subscription button in your signup email or any monthly payment confirmation/receipt email.
Is tracking included?
No, tracking is not included. Mailings are sent via USPS with a Forever or Global stamp to keep the club affordable.
What if my mail hasn't arrived?
As long as your full shipping address was entered correctly, it's very rare for a mailing to be lost. Stamped mail can sometimes take a little longer than expected, especially during periods of high postal volume or when traveling internationally.
Please allow up to 8 weeks from the mailing date for your mail to arrive. If it has been more than 8 weeks and you still haven't received it, please contact Laura at support@stellarvilla.com with your full name, shipping address, and the month you're missing.
What if my mailer arrives damaged?
In the rare event your mailing is damaged in transit, please reach out with photos shortly after delivery.
